Coastal Inspired

Inspired by Mediterranean travels our client wanted to incorporate elements of the coast into her 1913 country cottage, whilst being sympathetic to the character of the building and Kent countryside surroundings.
The brief was to create a calming and relaxing feel, whilst incorporating some of the existing furniture pieces, such as the bedside tables. As well as bringing in touches of the Mediterranean feel. We did this by choosing soothing colours, soft whites, sea blues and coral pinks into the scheme. We do like to keep pieces where possible, as it helps have a lower impact on the planet by repurposing where possible in our designs.
