Cancellation Policy

Upon booking our Digital design package, you're agreeing to our Terms & Conditions. This page can be found in the footer of our website. This service cost is for one room only. If you'd like multiple rooms designed please simply email us at: emma@garrardinteriors.com and we will contact you. If you change your mind and would like to cancel, please let us know within 24 hours of making your purchase, and we will refund you your full amount paid no question. If you do not let us know within 24 hours of purchase, design work may have already begun and we may need to charge for any hours spent on your project thereafter. What if I don't like the completed design? This design service is completely bespoke to your tastes and styles, therefore we can't offer refunds, however, we promise, that if you're not happy with your design, which doesn't happen, because we work really hard to make sure you're 100% satisfied, we keep working with you, until you are completely happy.
